September 2018 – Zurich, Switzerland: Turkish Designer Nana Gotti just recently launched her second collection for Spring/Summer 2019. The ‘Castles In The Air’ collection is filled with bursts of bright colors, floral appliqués + innovative jumpsuit silhouettes. The vibrant details in each look with delightful color combinations will quickly elevate your fashion mood.

Exclusive insights from Nana Gotti on the creative process that inspired the Castles In The Air collection were recently shared with the FashionWeek.Pro team by the Zurich-based designer. We love the collection’s DNA of ‘representing hope and positivity’ through colors + flowers that celebrate femininity while highlighting independence.

Nana Gotti’s AW18 collection is currently available at The House – Art of Fashion in Zurich & other stockists throughout Europe.

Nana Gotti – Inspiration for Castles In The Air:

“The SS19 collection is fun, bold and colorful, but I was especially inspired by the beginning of Belle Epoche and the First World War in the 1910s, one of the most moving years of history. Modern architecture also has a great influence on the collection, which reminds us of the modernity of the woman who had to start working in 1910.

The seemingly simple cuts were integrated into compact modern forms of the famous architect Javier Cuevas. The colors represent hope and positivity, and I wanted to remind the pure state of the woman when using the colors decorated with flowers.

In general, the spring collection shows the image of a powerful woman looking for colors and the future.”
