Trend Report: FULL EXPOSURE –
Sheer Fabrics + See Through Silhouettes in New York Fashion Week Runways

FULL EXPOSURE – New York, NY: Sheer fabrics took over the runways this season promoting the ‘FREE the Ta-Ta’s’ movement. These five designers made a truly bold feminine statement by featuring multiple runway looks with see-through silhouettes and full ta-ta’s on display.

The NSFW algorithms have caught a few of our previous editorials featuring ‘FULL EXPOSURE’ runway looks – like our Pam Hogg SS19 London Fashion Week editorial & our Black Tape Project features –  and either they’ve been removed from social feeds or were masked behind 18+ filters.

The FULL EXPOSURE trend is definitely significant as it was present in all other Fashion Month runways – London Fashion Week, Paris Fashion Week & Milan Fashion Week. In an effort to show all runway trends & feature all FULL EXPOSURE looks, we will be publishing these as trend reports and will not feature these looks in the main designer editorial.

Paris Fashion Week + London Fashion Week FULL EXPOSURE trend reports will also be published soon!
